We work hard to keep everything in stock for you, but occasionally items may be temporarily unavailable. Don't worry — we've got a plan for that!
For USA & Canada Customers:
- No extra shipping charges for backordered items — ever!
- If your backordered items total $20 or more, we'll ship them automatically once they're back in stock.
- Backorders under $20 will be canceled and refunded to keep things simple.
- After 30 days, we'll automatically cancel any remaining backordered items and credit your account.

In some cases, we may hold your entire order until all items are available (typically just 1-3 weeks) to ship everything together. If this happens, we'll reach out to let you know.
For International Customers:
We currently don't backorder out-of-stock items for international orders. You'll automatically receive a credit for any items that aren't available to ship.
Limited Edition & Discontinued Items:
These special items cannot be backordered. If they're out of stock when you order, we'll issue a credit right away for any items that can't ship.
