A few important details:

  1. Your Resale Verification Form needs to be updated every 4 years.
  2. This form confirms you have a valid California or Nevada seller's permit and allows us to sell to you without collecting tax on qualifying items.
  3. When you submit this form, you're certifying that you're purchasing items from us:
    1. For resale in your regular business without using them yourself
    2. As ingredients or component parts of new products you'll make to sell
    3. As chemicals used in processing new products for sale
