For our international friends — all customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our shipping rates.

  2. We'll select the best shipping method for your qualifying order.
  3. Orders up to 2 lbs shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories also qualify when over $99.
  4. Orders over 2 lbs going to these locations aren't eligible for free shipping.

Rush Processing Option

Get your order processed faster for an additional fee when:
  1. Your order is submitted before 1:00pm PST
  2. Your payment is authorized before 1:00pm PST
  3. Your shipping address matches your credit card billing address
  4. All items in your order are in stock
Important note: Rush processing speeds up our handling time but doesn't upgrade your shipping method. Your chosen delivery timeline (like Saver Shipping's 3-5 days) still applies after we ship.

Orders placed after 1:00pm PST on Friday or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

First Time Orders

For your security, all first-time orders must ship to your credit card billing address.

PO Boxes

We may contact you for an alternate physical address if we're unable to ship certain items to a PO Box.

When Will My Order Ship?

We typically ship most orders within 1-3 business days, though occasional delays may occur. For guaranteed quick processing, select our Rush Processing option at checkout.
