General Shipping Terms
- Delivery times are measured in business days
- All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping
- We don't process orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays
- Shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover carrier services already provided

Saver Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- Our most economical shipping option
- Delivery typically within 3-5 business days after processing
3-Day Shipping
- Expedited service with delivery in approximately 3 business days after processing
- Not available for all products or to all locations
2-Day Shipping
- Premium service with delivery in approximately 2 business days after processing
- Not available for all products or to all locations
Next Business Day
- Our fastest shipping option
- Delivery by the end of the next business day after processing (when ordered before 1pm PST)
- Not available for all products or to all locations
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
- Free shipping to military addresses — thank you for your service!
- Delivery typically takes 2-6 weeks
- Some items may not be eligible due to size, safety, or carrier restrictions
- Not available for items containing lithium batteries or hazardous materials
Signature Requirements
We require a signature upon delivery for:
- Orders over $750
- International shipments
- Orders where a signature is requested during checkout
For a small additional fee, you can add a signature requirement to eligible orders where it's not already required. This option will appear during checkout if available for your selected items.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes
- We can ship to PO Boxes using Saver Shipping methods
- We may contact you for an alternate physical shipping address if we're unable to ship specific items to a PO Box
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories
- Additional shipping restrictions and longer delivery times may apply

Risk of Loss
JewelrySupply arranges for shipment of ordered products to you, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to products also passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
JewelrySupply will provide estimated shipping dates but cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our influence.
Delivery Estimates
Please note that unless otherwise stated on our website, delivery estimates are only approximations and not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary based on processing time, shipping method, destination, and carrier conditions.
Non-Delivery
JewelrySupply shall have no responsibility for claims of non-delivery in the following instances:
- An invalid or incorrect address was provided during checkout
- The package shows proof of delivery to the address provided
- The shipment was redirected by you or your representative after initial delivery
If you believe your package was not delivered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
