If you decide not to accept a package:

- We'll process your refund faster once we're aware of the returned package
For Domestic Shipments:
Refused deliveries are processed like standard returns according to our return policy.
For International Shipments:
DO NOT refuse international deliveries — this can lead to shipping complications, customs issues, and potential loss of your package. Instead, please contact our customer service team for specific return instructions for international orders.
Important Note: When tracking your order delivery timeline, remember that shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
