Returning Consumable Items

Special care is required when returning consumable products such as solutions, cleaning products, chemicals, buffing compounds, and similar items.

Return Process for Consumables:

  1. Contact our customer service team directly to initiate your return
  2. Only a JewelrySupply representative can approve and set up consumable returns
  3. All consumable items must be completely unopened in their original packaging

Important Restrictions:

  1. Opened consumable products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  2. Face masks and gloves are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances
Our consumable return policy protects the safety of all our customers while allowing us to provide quality assurance for unused products.
